"Makkal Sakthi", previously the rallying cry for the Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf), is now the name for the Tamil edition of Suara Keadilan, Parti Keadilan Rakyat's newsletter.
The first issue hit newsstands yesterday and the copies were quickly snapped up by members of the Indian community.
PKR information chief Tian Chua said yesterday that despite the "rebellious" title, the weekly newsletter is printed with permission from the Home Ministry.
